For another Tasmanian centre or regional location, verify that exact place. Do not transfer a Hobart conclusion to Launceston, another centre or a smaller community without local evidence for the role, property, journeys and services involved.
The move has a stronger case when:
- every household member has a workable employment, study or care plan;
- there is more than one realistic housing option;
- ordinary journeys and car needs have been tested;
- required healthcare and other specialist services are accessible; and
- mainland travel is affordable at the frequency the household expects.
